Health & Safety - The New Dawn?

After years of pretending to deliver and cases that have fallen short of the ultimate punishment we have recently seen two bosses jailed for serious breaches of health and safety and corporate manslaughter. Whether this is a sign of things to come on the strength of one high profile prosecution is open to debate but it does seem that the authorities are starting to take these matters more seriously.

At PHPL we advocate solid risk management advice as an integral part of any comprehensive approach to risk control and the only foolproof way to establish long term control of the cost of risk.
